It was in the air time for a little while now. The (very good) browser Google Chrome, never-ending improvement. Now that plugins and functionality coming in numbers, there is no major obstacle to its adoption. So, the browser made in Mountain View began seriously to walk on two large flowerbeds of the segment, namely Internet Explorer and Firefox.
In a year and a half, he has earned a sacred part of the contract:

According to the analyst Statcounter, Chrome now accounts for 7% of the market, representing 4% of shares that are more than 6 months. Of course, the big loser in this story is the browser of Microsoft Internet Explorer (55% MS). Firefox is the other loser, because its share is now 31%. I bet that without the arrival of Chrome, the little red panda is now at the party.
This situation should also not come to terms with the introduction of the ballot screen in Windows. The war that led Google to Microsoft seems to make collateral victims. The expected output of Chrome OS should logically open a new short in the cash machine from Microsoft.
