Method
1. Split the cabbage in half, remove the core by cutting diagonally and cut into pieces

5. Peel and cut carrots into chunks

8. Assemble ingredients in a pot
9. Pour the can of diced tomatoes
10. Add water, cover and cook for 45 minutes on medium-high heat
11. Mix the soup and season with curry, salt, pepper and a touch of harissa if you like it

Thanks for sharing the soup. I used to make those a lot, but haven't had them in years now. Don't think I have the recipe anymore either, although I do remember that there was veggies added to the one I had.
