However, the management can install signs that will direct the people to the exit.

The building should have trained personnel that will facilitate the exits. Security staff should know what to do during emergencies. They should be able to open the gates fast and direct the people towards the exits. Since people will surely rush to the exits, they have to open the exits quickly. They should also assist the people during evacuation to avoid additional injuries.
